Windward Services Pilot Project

 What is the Windward Services Pilot Project?
Mobile Team that will teach, train, consult, and provide direct services to designated agencies
Provide an interdisciplinary perspective on integrated dual diagnosis treatment
Design a unique model to help agencies develop the capacity to provide integrated treatment

 Why Windward?

A place where there is a convergence of AMHD and ADAD mental health and substance abuse services
Close geographic distance provides opportunities for provider collaboration

 What will the Mobile Team Offer?
Based on specific Agency needs assessments services may include:
Needs Training and Evaluation
Consultation
Technical Assistance & Skill Enhancement
Identified Direct Service

The mobile team is composed of:
Psychiatrist (ASAM)
Clinical Neuropsychologist
APRN
RN
Mental Health/Substance Abuse Professional
Peer Specialist
Graduate Students
