Integrating Care for People who Have Substance Related and Mental Disorders

Hawai‘i’s COSIG Project is a collaborative effort of Hawai‘i’s Department of Health, including the Adult Mental Health Division (AMHD) and Alcohol and Drug Abuse Division (ADAD). The project aims to develop and enhance the capacity and infrastructure of the State of Hawai‘i’s service system to provide integrated, evidence-based treatment services to people who have co-occurring substance use and mental health disorders.

The Vision
“Respecting the culture and dignity of all, creating pathways to wholeness & healing lives.”
