This plenary will discuss what recovery is and what the system must do to support recovery and the indicators that it must measure itself by to determine if it is recovery oriented. It will also discuss what cultural competency is and how to measure itself as a cultually competent system. This plenary will also explore how recovery and cultual competency work together for the person.
