The 2004 conference was held at the Sheraton Waikiki in Honolulu, Hawaii on February 19-21,2004. Attendees included nurses, psychiatrists, psychologists, social workers, consumers of mental illness and their family members. Total attendees exceeded over 160, over 20 of them being consumers of mental illness.
