Cancellations

Cancellation and full refund requests must be submitted in writing. Cancellation requests received on or before April 7, 2008 will be issued a refund; however, a $15 administrative fee will be retained. Cancellations made after April 7, 2008 and/or “no shows” will not be refunded. Substitutions will be accepted for individuals within the same organization.

What do I get for my Conference Registration Fee?

The conference registration fee entitles you to attend all speaker and workshop sessions; 2 continental breakfasts in the Palolo Room 308A/B, lunch in the Oahu Ballroom, conference program and materials. CME/CEU/CE are NOT included in the conference registration fee.

What is the refund policy for this year's conference?

U.S. $15.00 administrative fee will be assessed on written refund requests. Cancellation requests must be received before April 7, 2008.

Can I attend a workshop, but not register for the Conference?

No, you cannot participate in workshops without paying the Conference Registration Fee.

How do I register using a purchase order?

1. Complete the registration form

2. Submit with an original purchase order

3. Upon receipt of an invoice from the Psychosocial Rehabilitation Center execute the purchase order by sending a check for the full amount to:
